These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://vyrovr.com (“Site”) and any purchases you make through it. By visiting, browsing, or buying from VyroVR, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree — don’t use the site. That simple.

About Us

VyroVR is an Australian-based online store specialising in VR accessories and equipment. We’re here to provide quality gear and a smooth experience. If something sucks, tell us — we want to fix it.

Using Our Site

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or encourage others to
  • Try to hack, exploit, or DDoS the site
  • Post offensive, illegal, or idiotic content in reviews or comments
  • Pretend to be someone else
  • Use bots or scrapers unless you’re Google (and even then, behave)

We reserve the right to block or cancel accounts that act dodgy.

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are in USD and include taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Orders are processed using Stripe or PayPal for secure payments
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — especially if it smells scammy
  • Promo codes are one-time use unless we say otherwise. Don’t get greedy.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and internationally where available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We’re not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Import duties or taxes on international orders
  • You entering the wrong address (triple-check it!)

Returns & Refunds

You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to return unused gear (buyer pays return shipping).
If something’s faulty, we’ll sort it — refund, replacement, whatever’s fair.

Warranty & Faulty Goods

If your gear is faulty or breaks under normal use, we’ll honour your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. That includes:

  • Refunds or replacements for major faults
  • Repairs or partial refunds for minor issues

This doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, mods, or you playing real-life Fruit Ninja with your headset.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — text, images, logos, code — belongs to VyroVR or our content partners. Don’t rip it off. Ask first. Share links, not files.

Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for:

  • Any damage to your VR gear, brain, ego, or houseplants
  • Losses from using or misusing our products
  • Downtime, bugs, or stuff beyond our control

Basically: we’ll do our best, but we can’t promise the digital gods will always behave.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in a Queensland court, unless we decide to resolve it over email like civilized humans.
